        Complete waste of money and time. No value in the service at the end of the day for the cost of $600-800 for the appraisal. The appraisal did not take current market conditions into consideration. Simply a few pictures and measurements taken followed by "3 comparable point" from the internet easily available on the web and at zillow to anyone. Did not accurate look at all comparables on market in the area, and when challenged simply ignored the calls. The report was slow and not comprehensive. I would not recommend using this company.

        Nickle and dimed us for everything they could out of our security deposit.. very excessive. E.g. > $100 for "dusting blinds". Also showed up for maintainence w/o warning. Would not rent again.
