Mazur Realty

The landlord is difficult to get in touch with regarding maintenance issues. I have only been subleasing through Mazur Realty for a few short months, but in that time I sent in an email to have bedroom windows fixed (they were broken when I moved in and do not open or close properly). The email was never replied to (it was sent 6 weeks ago). In addition, all of the outlets in the living room of the apartment went out. The landlord was contacted several times over a period of 12 days with no response, while the outlets continued not working, including the outlet for the air conditioning unit. When he finally responded he said there was "no reason" it took so long to respond and rectify the issue.

David and Howard are great guys, they did everything they said they would and more. Not only did we get in our place on time but the rent is very reasonable and maintenance is great. Great landlord. Very personable and easy to talk to. Will fix issues with the properties in a timely manner and will actually follow through. Treats his clients like people and not just an income. Prices are affordable and reasonable. I would recommend to anyone seeking a good and affordable place to live.
