Chris is an absolutely amazing realtor to work with and has helped us sell/buy multiple homes. The Mad City Dream Homes crew was extremely helpful in staging our house and we ended up with multiple competing offers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a great team to work with.

Dan Miller was terrific in assisting us with the sale of our rental property. He met us at the property a couple of times to assess the fair market value. He met with us in his office to arrive at a generous but fair listing price. He provided referrals to contractors whom we hired to make repairs. He closed the loop on the sale of the house in a timely fashion. We couldn't be more pleased with Dan's attentiveness, thoroughness, resourcefulness and profession courtesy!

Chris was very helpful with the purchase of my land. She was always reaching out to see if I needed anything and to verify I understood what all the documents were. If I didn't understand something, she was more than willing to help!! She made my buying experience run smooth. I will definitely be recommending Chris to other people.

Shelley was AMAZING! She made prepping our condo for sale easy. She and MadCIty homes had a line-up of quality, reasonable people to do work (handiman, painting, floors) and Shelly helped organize every step of the way. Work was done expertly and quickly. The staging was beautiful. The result was beyond expectations! We trusted her enough to be in Hawaii as the work was finished and the unit went on the market-where it sold in a day! She has now helped with multiple real estate transactions (buying and selling) for our extended family-I think it's now 5 and never disappoints with her attentiveness, understanding, and her awareness of the market and value of properties.
