I would highly recommend Robin & Will Guernsey. Stark Company Realtors may be a great company, but stay away from Rick North. He is the most unprofessional & crook broker I have ever worked with. There are enough good agents/brokers in Madison, WI who can help you finding you new home. Rick tried to scam my wife and I, lied to us and caused us a deal while relocating to WI.. stay away!!!!
