This where my tax money is going? The callers here are absolutely atrocious in both management and customer service. I have been into numerous county courts and have been in multiple multiple calls all leading to a single dead end. Is it the lack of employees? The employees they are hiring? or is it just lack of empathy and acknowledgment that the employees have realizing that their job is essential to the casual resident of Wisconsin. I can see why people would commit tax fraud, I wish I could not fund these irresponsible untimely rude and absolute unprofessional people of the government offices. As of my current situation I am basically stuck where I am, due to both states not being able to help. The difference being that Illinois were able to ACTUALLY TRY compared to Wisconsin not doing NOTHING. I really hope Wisconsin will acknowledge the MAJOR FLAW in their system and one day change entirely. As of right now they are nothing but a PURE INCONVIENCE.

I was talked to rudely today because I'm waiting on disability she said your not disabled then that lady transferred me to Misty who was much nicer to talk to Talk about judgement she isn't doing her job very well.

This place has absolutely no concern for the people they take care of. My mother's Medicaid was cut off after a certain time. She waited because she knew they would refuse her any money for food stamps because her bank account was too high. Only because I now receive SSI. We tried to put in the information online only to have it keep saying that her one answer was wrong. She only has so many nieces for heaven's sake! She tried them all. Now since her Medicaid is cut off she cannot get medical transportation to Greenbay to have this medical device that was taped on her taken off and probably has to wait to have the surgery too plus pay all out of pocket expenses that were covered by Medicaid! She only gets 1,087 and I get over 600. How do they expect her to pay for transportation plus medicine and her doctors and food. Seeing that we were cut down to 46 a month! I'd like them to live on what we have to once; maybe then they would give a damn! If she does not get it taken out this week she could get an infection or sepsis! Do they want her death on them too? Let me tell you I'd sue their butts off!
