Management promises to do improvement and then they say other things are priority. They raise rents with no problem but don't make improvements?

They lie. I had a property manager explain that little lies are ok because it keeps renters and potential renters in line. There is a lot of inner communication issues. One property manager will demand cosigners and stated they would go after all cosigners on a lease in court if needed. The other claimed this wouldn't happen. I think a lot is happening without the owners knowledge. The story they give changes daily. One day they say get ready for full time within a year, and then fire you if you ask when the full time will occur at the end of the year. Overall, they are shady and money hungry. Be careful, especially if you are cosigning for someone.

Robin and Adam were very helpful in dealing with my building's tenants and eventually the sale of my building. All staff is very quick and helpful.

I am SO grateful to have found this apartment and company! Have been here for multiple years, and the current staff is great! Kim, Robin, Davis have all been very understanding, very personable, very accommodating, very caring and very helpful! Kim even came over to check something AFTER hours simply because she was close and on her way home! I have also talked with Adam multiple times when he has been in the building both during and after hours, and he too has been nice and easy to interact with! Maintenance has also been great! Will is fantastic! So kind, caring, respectful! Chris and Tom are too! Thankfully have not needed them to do things very frequently, however whenever there has been something, they have addressed it and taken care of it very quickly! Thank you ALL SO much! So very grateful!!! Love it here!!
