This has been the nicest apartment I've lived in thus far in Madison, and overall. The property is beautiful, the apartment itself is wonderful and spacious. The owners are always kind and helpful. If I put in a maintenance request, it's almost always handled within 48 hours. They fixed various things before we moved in that the previous tenant never informed them of without a single issue. Even replaced the patio doors as the gas seal had broken on them. No extra charges for any of it. Plus they allow pets!

Westin Place was my favorite rental in Madison. The property managers, Theresa and Don, are friendly and professional, the rent is extremely competitive, and the area is wonderful, walkable, and family-friendly. The Westin Place building is right next door to Pick n Save, and walking distance to both Chavez elementary (along Maple Grove) and a park with a playground (along Westin). The unit I was in was a spacious 3-br, 2.5ba townhouse that rented for less than 2-br units in the area. It was clean and well-maintained. Underground parking was great, the sidewalks were always cleared, and maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because in the upstairs rooms, the walls were thin enough that we could hear neighbors having conversations. Otherwise, I loved everything about this property and the management.
