Paid money for skip trace, kept money order and refused to communicate until notified I was suing them in court for replevin of the money order.

At the beginning, Troy was fairly responsive and seemed like he would get the job done. However, after sending him the complaint for service, he completely and utterly dropped off the face of the earth. Over two months have gone by, and I have not heard a word from him. Because of his lack of performance, I was forced to dismiss my clients case for lack of service. If I could do it over again, I would stay away at all costs, and I recommend you do the same.

Talked with Troy for a few hours with him being extremely positive in helping get some paper work served in a time sensitive issue for him to just tell me hes going to contact me once he is in the office and ignored me. Pretty unprofessional. Do not recommend!

Extremely poor. Just quit communicating with us by email after numerous attempts for several weeks. Very disappointed.
