Went to Madison to visit my mom. She had a plumbing issue. I was recommended by a friend to try Benjamin Plumbing. Boy I'm glad I did. From the 1st call I was already at ease. The plumber was friendly and explained what he was doing. It was a great experience. From a bad situation.

Ive been working with Benjamin Plumbing quite regularly over the last 4+ years throughout an extensive remodel project that I elected to self-GC. I had BP handle all of the plumbing needs for my home all new rough plumbing & lines, tankless water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis & water treatment systems, hose bibs, fixtures, etc. While Im certain Ive got to be in the top candidates for their longest-running project to date, everyone has been kind and accommodating. John, the main plumber who has worked on my project, has always been very respectful and cognizant of the delicate nature of working inside someones home, which Ive appreciated. Several other trades throughout this process have caused costly damage due to simple carelessness, which has never been an issue with our plumbers. Anytime Ive had an issue or concern, our project manager, Billy, has been accommodating in getting them resolved. A remodel is so much more complicated and nuanced than new construction, and Ive appreciated BPs patience and flexibility in working with me over the years on this project.

Downright terrible! First of all, they cancelled on me day of, for no reason. Then the plumber did show up, very angry, and did a horrible job on minor work. Since it leaked, we asked them to come back out, and Benjamin charged us! Unbelievable! Then they fought us tooth and nail with the credit card company for the second charge. In addition, they kept our credit card information on file for years - which is against credit card compliance rules - and charged us without our permission. Garbage service, unskilled plumbers, unethical and unauthorized charges, does it get any worse? Avoid, avoid avoid!
