        I called to ask about a coupon that I have from Papa Johns for a free medium pizza. Apparently the code isnt real which Im quite confused about but whatever Im not going to demand a free pizza. But as I was saying I was confused before I could even say goodbye the person on the phone just cut me off and said sorry and hung up. I probably wouldve ordered one anyway but now I wont be visiting this papa johns period. Ive worked in customer service for 5+ years and its not hard to be kind to someone. Disappointing.

        Weve never had a problem with our orders, up until tonight. I think the location itself has never done us wrong. However, they utilize Door Dash for deliveries and tonight the driver delivered our pizzas sideways. Id be cautious getting items delivered.
