    With all the policy changes, increase funding to assist a minor to stay in the home with family as oppose to a supportive living facility. Then recently in August received an email regarding additional funding is available. I impose a few questions to inquire if this organization had received the same email pertaining to the additional funding available, applied for the additional funding, and rather or not they were approved. Then a response came stating they're not able to answer my questions, and to contact the agency providing case management. You would have thought I ask or a SS#. Many don't realize if you are going to tell someone no, why not simply not reply. That equates to being told no. I just pray that my child and other disable children aren't being taken advantage of by utilizing their parents signatures on annual renewals/recertification just so they can receive funding that appears to be going elsewhere instead of to the family to cover much needed services. In addition, I am waiting for a response from when I receive confirmation from my case manager acknowledging receipt of my questions, but unfortunately two business days later I don't have any feedback. I know things happen, so tomorrow I will update once I follow up by email to see if I can get a response before the close of business day. If not, I will reach out the manager. I just pray the person is impartial and doesn't try to cover up the employee's dismissive behavior. This case manger replace a good case manager, and unfortunately is not doing so well in regards to communication. We've never had a formal sit down.
