My husband and I recently had the great good fortune of working with Suzanna Cecchin in our search for a new home in Madison. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, patient, and in every way wonderful to work with. She always made us feel like we were her only priority, and did a phenomenal job of making the process as easy on us as she could. We really appreciated having someone with deep local knowledge as we were moving to Madison from out of state. She kept us apprised of new houses as they came on the market, sometimes even before they came on the market, and never minded when we rejected many of the houses for one reason or another. If we were interested, she immediately made an appointment to see the house, sometimes even the same day! As we were not physically in the area, we were completely dependent upon Suzanna to walk us through countless houses via FaceTime over a period of many months. As we had purchased our first home 44 years ago, we were totally unfamiliar with the ins and outs of todays housing market. Suzanna was able to educate us on the entire process of buying, including how to negotiate our contract, make changes at the last minute, and deal with unexpected circumstances. She was as dedicated to helping us find our perfect home as we were, and we truly ended up with our dream home! We cannot recommend Suzanna more highly! You will not be able to find an agent who goes above and beyond more than Suzanna does, and you will totally enjoy all the time you spend with her as well!

We can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Suzanna! We were slow to get started on the home buying process, but Sue was patient and ready to answer all of our questions whenever we reached out. Once we got pre-approved and really started going, she did an excellent job sharing important information with us in a way that was easy to understand and didn't overwhelm us. Sue gets all of the credit for finding us our ideal house in our ideal location! She saw that the home was going to go on the market, and she gave us perfect guidance in how to go about seeing it and getting in a competitive offer. We can't thank her enough for her patience, guidance, and help in getting us into a beautiful first home! We highly, highly recommend working with Suzanna!

We were looking for a home and started searching over the internet and that Is how I met Suzanna. However, she is much more than a realtor to us now. She is our dear friend. Suzanna very patiently heard all our needs. Gave us a lot of options for the houses. She also suggested the best ways the offer could get accepted and still keep in mind our budget and needs and always respected our opinions. We got rejected at a lot of places(homes) in bidding wars but Suzanna was always supportive and always showed us hope and not to get disappointed. Not just work but personally I learnt how to keep patience and get the best results. We got our right home that we wanted at that time and that fitted in our needs because of Suzanna. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Suzanna always went out of the way to help us find the right place.
