I used to work at Accuray. Used to be a good place to work. Not anymore. Here is a quick breakdown. The workforce is split into two groups. The workers and the non-workers. For everyone 1 worker there are 3 non-workers. If you're an honest hard worker be prepared to work much harder than you should have to. You'll need to make up for those 3 non-workers. If you're a non-worker than you'll be right at home. The "culture" has been slowly dying for years due to good workers leaving for better employment elsewhere. What you're left with is a handful of hard working employees who are burnt out and a large group of employees who do the bare minimum and then are praised when they finally do something. Everyone who asks me about my time at Accuray and if I enjoyed working there, I tell them about the long days with barely any time for breaks, the terrible pay and not being able to use the restroom due to workload. These are just a few of the standout things you get to look forward to as a new employee at Accuray. I would NOT recommend employment at Accuray.
