I feel that this business engages in behavior that is dishonest. I was never sent a bill by these guys. Suddenly, I receive a call from collections. I have filed a complaint to the BBB about them.

I never received a bill from them and not to mention even a phone call, instead it was sent to collections. I had a major surgery and everyone else was able to find me and get paid for services.

Despite having called three times to tell them my correct address, they again screwed it up and I did not get my bill. So instead of just calling me, like they did the last three times, they sent it to collections, which is affecting my credit rating now. If at any point in time they had recorded the CORRECT ADDRESS that they were provided, this would not have happened. When billers get the address right and I receive the bill, then I pay my bills on time all the time. Thanks a lot...will be asking to NOT have you review any of my xrays etc from here on out. Oh, and the kicker to all of this is that they will not refund the fee's for the collection service and the woman I spoke with said they have been having a lot of problems with people getting their bills when they mail them recently due to errors in addresses....funny though, the hospital that I went to has the RIGHT ADDRESS and I have only had to change that with them ONE TIME... lovely, just lovely...not only do I get a hit on my credit rating, but I also have to pay $20 more for the privilege because someone can't record my address correctly?
