Access Community Health Center

It has been close to nearly impossible to make an appointment here anymore. Whoever set up the current system of having to wait a month prior to the alledged wanted appointment', didn't put alot of thought or care into the patients needs. The patient has to call back on a daily basis to hopefully get an appointment that has to be 6 months since the last one, but can't get one after a months time, because scheduling doesn't allow it to go any further on the calendar. It's a nightmare!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone from this office called a place of business today and called a customer service representative there a fag for the hold time because SHE failed to call the correct number. Absolutely disgusting show of behavior and a huge indicator of how theyll employ anyone at a health care facility.

Told me on the phone that I couldn't get an appointment and that I needed to call back daily and check. Not helpful at all!
