I have been dealing with the DSPS since February trying to get my License by Endorsement application processed. I have spoke with several people about this and opened several tickets. I have tired to speak with the person in charge if my case and told they don't do it that way! I asked if the conversations are recorded because a man who didn't know anything hung up on me and I wanted to add his name in this review, but of course it is recorded so the lady couldn't tell me his name (my fault for not asking) I usually do. I have done everything that I can to get my license transferred and still don't have any answers! The process has been exhausting and frustrating to deal with!! I will keep you updated whether this is ever resolved.

I submitted my application, called and spoke to a guy that was friendly and informative, advised I had submitted everything correctly. I waited a week, which I was initially told it would take 7 - 10 business days so that's fine. Finally got a response the form I was told to submit was not what they wanted and to submit a new form, which I did promptly. Now its been another week, I called to make sure they received the form and the woman I spoke too was minimally informative, she could have checked with the agents or something. Ended up waiting another week, took about 12 days to approve the application.
