Eric, the owner, communicates often and well, the kind of coordination I really appreciate. His workman, Matt, was great to work with: a hard worker who took direction, was careful to distinguish between wildflowers and weeds using an app I suggested and asking me questions when needed and was super nice to have around. The whole process of submitting my project, to Eric's follow-up to confirm details and schedule the work, to Caleb and Milo showing up on time ready to work and doing a great job - was very smooth and easy. Fantastic experience! I needed help moving some remaining furniture from my house either same day or next day. I filled out the online app and Eric emailed a response within minutes. Scheduling was super easy, and I arrived this morning to find Micah and Matt parked outside ready to go. They were definitely physically fit for the work, but they were also very friendly, professional, and just all around good guys. They asked me politely about what was going on (reason for the move) and when I said divorce they were very considerate without being forward or awkward. They completed the actual work in great time and with great care for my possessions. I will definitely hire them again when my things need to come out of storage.
