        I agreed to have AT&T Internet service installed in my home after talking to a very courteous AT&T person on the telephone who assured me that the fiber optic cable they would use would be installed underground and that all fiber optic cable had to be installed underground. Upon the service person arriving to install the Internet service, I was told that the fiber optic cable would not be installed underground even though all other wiring to my home is underground. Disappointed but not surprised.
