T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Was closed the week before Christmas when it was scheduled to be open.

I can only say this is terrible; they don't assist the customer, just aim to sell you the most expensive plans and products for their commissions. They don't care about what you really want. They are unreliable and might even lie just to get you to pay. I don't recommend it; go to another T-Mobile store and don't waste your time and money at this location. 0 stars; I think one is too generous.

Hello, we went to the store at 10am and saw a handwritten sign that said at meeting will re-open at 11:30am. We waited until 11:47pm to go back to the store. The handwritten sign had been removed but the door was still locked. I saw a woman working at the desk and we briefly made eye contact but she ducked behind her computer. I tried to wave and knock a couple of times to ask for an explanation. She didnt acknowledge me at all and very deliberately ignored us. Is this because of our racial profile? We felt so dehumanized to not even be acknowledged. We waited at the store till 12am where the employee kept ignoring us. I am a mother and have a baby that needs to go back to. My time is valuable too. If possible Id like an explanation. Thank you

Repeatedly, three separate times terrible customer service from Lynette, no eye contact, rude, impatient, hostile. No people skills. Should not be dealing with the public.

Great customer service as I expected from T Mobile. Lenette was very patient and answered all my questions with a smile.
