Thank you for having great staff and a culture for supporting your clients. A disconnect occurred at no frills rental car agency at DIA, it was a tense environment, stressed and frustrated. One phone call and two minutes later I had my current ID card. No waiting in line another 45 minutes. My 11:15 phone call was actually a lunch-time phone call.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this agency as they represented one of their big money clients, WK CONSTRUCTION. A WK employees negligence left us with a damaged vehicle. This agent called and said you cant prove it so your out of luck. Of course NEITHER of these two companies could exhibit any integrity and do the right thing. I guess thats why they do business with each other. Two of the same.
