I am writing mainly to counter the unbelievable negative reviews here. We have used Curtis Agency for over 15 years and are very happy with their service. Contrary to the stuff written in two other reviews, Martin and Kim are very prompt to return calls, to followup on insurance claims, suggest alternate insurance companies to get you the best premiums, and even help with finding contractors for home improvement.
