        If I could give no stars, I would. I was kept up most of the night by some guy trying to break into his girlfriends room, across the hallway from me as hes calling her all sorts of names. The employee GAVE HIM THE MASTER KEYS to open the door that was dead bolted. She did not call cops. Then she LEFT HIM WITH THE MASTER KEYS to go back to the front desk to get another card. Fast forward, he starts breaking the door with a crowbar (while the employee is watching). I called the front desk and asked her to call the cops. Again, she did not. She allowed him to break the door and enter the room. I am absolutely disgusted. She also told him which rooms were occupied (only mine) which, I assume, is against policy. I have reached out to Marriott and have yet to hear back. I hope the female inside the room is okay, as she clearly did not want him to enter the room in the first place.
