Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport

Mike is such a great talk. Very friendly and exceptional service from him. Id come back just to experience the great talks I had with him again. Wonderful guy.

We were traveling on our way to Indiana. Stopped for the night. Knew the price was on cheaper side, but Comfort Inn has been good to stay at. Not this one, old, dirty and scary! This gives the hotel chain a bad name as far as Im concerned. Travel on down the road.

The staff was hit or miss, the most cheerful was a gentleman who was cleaning and laundering. Sky at the front desk was also very friendly. Other than that, the hotel was in need of much improvement. The room was dirty, with hair from others all over. Handprints of yuck all over the headboard of the beds, though the beds were brand new. Bathroom was dirty, mold on the ceiling. Toilet was functional but needed fixing. Floor was not clean and it was noticeable as it was a darker laminate wood. Kids were so looking forward to the pool, however the drains backed up and there was at least one to two inches of back up with black gunk coming out. The cost of this hotel over state weekend at $114 per night was much too high for what condition it was in. The location was good, however there were some suspicious loiterers at night walking around the hotel both inside and out. Rooms: See above notes
