Location a bit out of way for us . Cherry the night receptionist was absolutely amazing plus she said my daughter and I look like sisters! Amazing. But the room we had was spotless!! Bed meh for comfort but it's a hotel. Moring housekeeping gentlemen we so kind and our ckout lady Jessica was amazing also! Give them all a raise especially Cherry! We are visiting the University of Wisconsin and needed a night's stay. Don't know Madison at all nor did I look at the location so it's totally my fault but it is out of the way. Other than that it was reasonably priced, nice accommodations and the breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 3/5 More

I rented a suite at this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable couldnt sleep and hot tub was small in the room. I mentioned this at the front desk and nothing was offered to accommodate us before we decided to leave. The manager that runs this place doesnt give out his name. When I tried to talk to him about these things he would talk over me being rude. Would not offer any kind of compensation what so ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time here! We just came and used the pool for the day. $10 per person and we were the only ones there. We have a 20 month old, 5, 6, and 10 year old and we all had a blast. The front desk manager was super upbeat and great! We will definitely be back to tire out the kids again!
