Sheraton Madison Hotel

I arrived late at night and was exhausted. I sat a few minutes to gather myself after the drive. It was very cozy and welcoming. My room was equally inviting, and the hallway was closed off so that lounging in the open spaces could do so without disturbing others. The staff were so kind during our conference.

Our stay at the Sheraton was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were immaculate and the service was phenomenal. The bartender, Will, made sure to take care of us and had such a pleasant attitude. He was so kind and made us feel right at home. We cant wait to come back. Food & drinks: The drinks were delicious and the kitchen food was so good. Not what I expected from a hotel but tasted better than a restaurant.

I was there for a work trip and stayed for 3 nights. Staff made a wonderful first impression. They were pleasant and helpful, despite being pavked with a large crowd due to our conference.The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The best part was being at the bar with Jacob and Goldie. Jacob made sure we were pleased with our food. He was fun and energetic and gave amazing service. It was clear he cared about how the meal was received and he wanted everyone happy and enjoying themselves. Goldie was fast, attentive, and very welcoming. He also gave great suggestions for activities around the city. I've never stayed there but would definitely return based on staff.
