This place is HORRIBLE and EVERYONE should report them to BBB and anywhere they can besides just leaving reviews! My Mother worked with them since 2004 they tried to change their name from Care Wisconsin to my choice Because their name has been ran in the dirt ! If you care about yourself or your loved one, you will not work with them All they want to do is make money off of the state and do not care about their clients. The only people employed by them still are the people that are Crooked and should have there licenses revoked !!!

I'm changing service providers because they have dropped the ball on so many things pertaining to Ride Health and the staffs inability to complete very simple tasks pertaining to my health care.
I needed a shower chair and got a prescription for one and sent it over the my nurse at MyChoice via email on November 14, 2023. Today is December 8th, and I still don't have a shower chair.
I got a phone call yesterday December 7, 2023 from Brenda the nurse yesterday but by then I had already called Aging and Disability to which my services to someone else.
