Polite, but can't recommend anymore - too expensive and unreliable workmanship. Paid $6,600 for an A/C install in April '21. Surprised that in under three years, in February '24, the blower motor needs replacement. Harker charged $220 to visit and diagnose and wanted $600 more for the in-warranty repair. Compared with this $820 total, a competitor charged $330 to diagnose and replace. We also learned of a number of defects in Harker's installation and how to mitigate them. Trusted them for years and now worry about possible rework costs of their other work. Better local alternatives: Avid Plumbing, The Electrician, Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning.

I spoke with Kelly on the phone to schedule an appt. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Alexis was the technician who worked in our furnace- was highly skilled and prompt, and he left everything in perfect order. He also talked me through what he was doing, so I learned a lot, too! Good service and excellent price; I will certainly be calling them back for future work.

Our furnace went out overnight and Harker took great care of us. They sent out a tech within a few hours. He was quick to work with us on options of repairing vs replacing our very old furnace. We opted to replace it and felt their pricing was fair and honest. Even though there was a storm and it was a Saturday, they sent a team out to get us up and heating right away. Truly professionals and we are grateful to have them as our main servicers.
