I am not a regular contributor to online reviews. That said, compliments to Elite Hearing Centers, Madison West. Dr. Katie Walsh and her staff do a fantastic job. They listen, knowledgably answer questions and create clear expectations of what hearing aids can do to improve your life all accompanied by great follow up service. Prior to my experience at Elite I purchased two pairs of over the counter hearing aids. Less expensive, yes. But all they do is magnify every sound around you. My hearing aids from Elite are specifically adjusted to my needs. It's night and day. If you are seriously considering hearing aids Elite, Madison West is where you should begin.

I went here for ear impressions, for custom IEMs, and have perforated ear drums, which was a concern of mine. Dr. Katie was amazing! She was patient, answered my questions, and took special care to make sure I was comfortable for the entire process. She did an amazing job, very pleased with this business and their professionalism. The impressions turned out great as well. 5 star for sure. Highly recommend.

I am done with 3 check-in / update progress appointments and am switching over to 6 month check-in with Katie available anytime for a phone call question. Katie has been terrific in listening, responding, and interacting to establish any needs and any adjustments with my hearing aids. The adjustments have been quickly made with the technology and Katie has handled these with professional quality/espertise. Also for people's information, after the initial cost of the hearing aids, all of the check-ins, consultations, and accessories have been free of charge. I am a totally satisfied customer.
