        Forced to take the PPO plan due to lack of GHC providers in our area. The City of Sun Prairie, Local 311, and the City of Sun Prairie EMS did the sloppiest changeover possible. It's great the medics got the info. Now I am trying to find info to get the proper authorizations and doctors etc because the Sun Prairie employee did not work with the employer and GHC to ensure all issues were handled. Irresponsible on all parts.

        I didnt know how good we had it until our company switched to Anthem (they were ok, but worse than GHC), and now to UMR. If you have GHC stick with them, sometimes you dont know how good you have it until its gone.
