Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

People didn't know anything and just followed prescribed questions. Totally a waste of time and it was a very simple question. I am just trying to do the right thing but am sure they will find something wrong when I file. Don't they work for us?

Great job by the staff. My appointment was flawless and painless. It was also very much necessary and all issues were resolved favorably. The most difficult part of the process was the attempts with the telephone to arrange the meeting. Be patient and have a full battery..

One star because they do not serve with organization. They make a lot of appointments for nothing! They answer calls by phone and at the appointment they don't even know why they are summoning you and they invent arguments to get them to come back again. The worst thing of all is that if you don't have a state ID, you can't collect your taxes or refund. one so that later
