Dave came to look at a property for one of my buyers and he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He not only gave us an in depth explanation as to why the mold was occurring, but also went around the home and showed my buyer other ways she could reduce and eliminate water intrusion in the home. We received the estimate for remediation less than an hour after our appointment as well! I would 100% recommend Wing Three to any of my clients and would use them myself as well. Several months ago Dave came out after we suspected there to be mold behind some walls in a house we had just purchased. He was absolutely wonderful- super knowledgeable, kind, professional, and made the problem seem so manageable. We actually ended up working with another company that was slightly cheaper, but wish we had hired Dave on after the hassle of dealing with the other guys. Service: Mold inspection

My husband has had some health issues and we were concerned that mold might be part of the problem. We asked for a mold inspection and testing if needed. Dave was great. He spent about 45 minutes with us explaining the ins and outs of mold, how it becomes a problem, how home humidity, furnaces, AC and furnace humidifiers interact and the issues that can arise with them. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Because he could find no obvious evidence of mold, formal testing was not done. He suggested that we pursue allergy testing and then proceed accordingly based upon the results. Additionally, we were not charged for the visit. Dave represents the epitome of excellent customer service. We highly recommend Wing Three Madison as a customer focused business. Hopefully we won't have to to deal with mold in the future but would definitely contact Wing Three Madison if need be. Forgot to mention that we received a phone call from the company office about 20 minutes after our initial call. An appointment was scheduled for the next day.
