The child support order against me was supposed to have been dropped and arrears were supposed to have been set to $0 as of my court date in July of 2022. However, the child support order continued for roughly two months beyond that court date, and a debt accrued to the sum of $230.00. In addition, their office utilizes a third party to charge for receipt and disbursement fees. Which they claimed I owed back payment on for two years, even though a support order was only held against me for about six month.
I'm not wealthy. I had to sell my only means of transportation in order to foot the bill for this con of an attorney. When I called the office and spoke with attorney fields paralegal regarding my trouble with the child support office, she told me she'd get back to me and never did. When I called back four or five months later because nothing had been resolved and I was not being contacted, the same paralegal (Magdalin) said that she had tried but could not contact anyone at the child support office...
So here I am a year later with support payments still being taken from my checks.
I'm so happy that the people at the office of John T. Fields are able to lavish themselves in luxurious lifestyles by stealing thousands of dollars from a disabled veteran.
