Our 5 year old had the best experience last week. The doctors, hygienists, and staff were patient and positive with him. He has a reignited love of brushing and cant wait to show them his shiny teeth next visit. Hes been to several dentists for yearly intro visits, but this experience was by far the best. Were so grateful we found this practice!

Everyone is always cheerful and does a great job. I have bad teeth and have gone to dentists, orthodontists and oral surgeons for decades. These people are the best! A year later I still think they are the best I've ever been to. When Dr Challenger could not see me and I had an infected tooth another dentist in the group took care of it. Have always had good experiences and definitely trust them.

I've had 2 crowns prepped for and installed by Dr. Julian in the past several months. One for my front incisor needed adjustments, and the appointment for that was set up for just 2 days later. They have worked around my vacation times, so that I had my smile ready on time! I always have great experiences with routine cleaning and other dental work at Madison Family Dental.

As a new patient the experience it is horrible! Would not recommend, especially if you have children tagging along. The first time I went to my appointment, I got there on time and they told me I needed to fill the forms, Which I did at that moment. About 5-6 minutes went by (mind you their computer was glitching the entire time I was doing the forms). But then they let me know they will be marking my appointment as missed because I took to long filling out the forms. So I rescheduled. The second time, I arrive 5 minutes late and they said they had already marked my appointment as missed. I am mind blown at the little care they give new patients. They dont care and have little regard/little care to parents with small children coming along because theres just no other option sometimes. In regards to the receptionist. Both time they were polite. I did have my children with me the first time (2 babies and 1 older child) the staff behind the desk seemed annoyed I had my kids with me and the second time I didnt take them because of my first experience. I was able to have someone watch them so I could make it to the appointment. This place is not as friendly to everyone. Maybe they just pick who they want to be nice to and render service to. I read other reviews saying how they were still seen after 3-5 minutes of being late. Very dissatisfied, especially with so many people vouching for this practice.
