Seana is an excellent and experienced teacher for people of all ages and abilities from performing artists to beginners. I have enjoyed her classes for several years now and continue to learn something new every time I attend, whether she is focusing on beginning techniques or teaching students who have been with her for awhile. I strongly recommend this class for health, exercise, learning to use your body in beautiful new ways to dance, or just plain fun!
