Nate will definitely be the granite place we go with when it's the time we need any stone work!! One tip... Look at the seams for an example of craftsmanship and attention to detail. It's a great way to compare notes on various places' abilities and it's absolutely valid to go with your feelings on how people treat you and speak with you... It's stone! It doesn't have feelings. It's there all the time and it should shine :)

We searched all the local stone suppliers with large slabs because we wanted something unique, not just out of a catalog. We found several around we liked, but Stone Inovations had great customer reps, fastest availability, the most affordable, and still able to supply an amazing faucet set and great installation! No comparison on overall satisfaction, will definitely come back if I do any stone counters in the future!

Nate was patient and very detailed about the process. He also helped by getting the best price from other competitors. However the installers took the shine right off our granite tops. The granite we saw in the store didnt look like what we hoped for after it was installed. The installers messed up putting the protecting sealant on. They left tools on it that now leave a lasting imprint. There are blotches of spotted specks throughout the granite that wont come out. Now Im stuck with this until I can afford to replace it.

Feeling content with this investment and decision! ....Upon arrival, I was not sure what I was looking for and how to pose my questions. Yet, I felt very pleased to be welcomed warmly by Nate. Nate demonstrated and provided evidence of the products and options. He listened carefully about my project intentions and the plan that we had for how we would use the granite in our cabin. I could sense his attention to detail based on the thoughtful questions he asked of me. I loved that I had the option of choosing a "softer" finish to compliment our other aesthetic design elements. I also enjoyed learning that the edges of the counter top could be chiseled to create a more rustic feel. Finally, I am grateful that Nate kept me well informed of the project install and completion details, particularly since the install would be done out of the area. I had fun visiting the Madison showroom and learning more about the excellent service I could expect and beautiful offerings I could experience. Stone Innovations exceeded our expectations.
