Mystic Cleaning

We work with cleaning companies before or after painting all the time. Over the years Ive been through too many cleaning companies to name just to have to stop recommending them due to bad business, but Jaqueline and her team make even us look good because our clients are always happy, Ive received plenty of thank yous! Because of my referral to mystic cleaning, couldnt chose better!

I was really looking forward to the first deep cleaning. I scheduled on my day off to meet the cleaners and help direct where to clean and if they had questions. I told Jacqueline the owner to use mild soap and we agreed to use dishwashing soap and water to clean the quartz countertop, vinyl flooring etc because the house is generally clean (we moved in a month ago to a newly built house). I think her two helpers did well in cleaning the countertops and bathroom, but areas on the floor were missed. She said it might be soap residue and that she never used soap and water to mop floors before. It was disappointing paying 380$ when I have to schedule another cleaner to start over because they usually want to start with a deep clean. When I asked for a partial refund she said it sounds like an issue of not cleaning to my preference.. I didnt have issues with previous cleaners using eco friendly/ mild soap to clean and it was rushed. The floor rug and items were misplaced I pointed it out and we placed it back. She said she has 6 places to clean today though she apologized and said it wasnt rushed It was very rushed I was there :( I thought Mystic Cleaning was going to be my cleaner every month :(

They did an exceptional job for our business. Fast and thorough. Things were generally spotless after each visit. Highly recommend.

Asked if they could clean the bathtub. Said they could, but didn't do that. Everything else great.
