        I used to live in Milwaukee and had wonderful experiences at their locations. While visiting Madison, I gave this location a try. I will never come back. Worst service Ive ever had at a coffee shop. Waiting 40 minutes for two coffees - unreal. If you are going to be this delayed in your service, I recommend informing customers of the time wait before they place orders. Another recommendation is temporarily disabling the mobile order option if you cannot serve the customers in front of you inside the shop. The number of mobile orders that were fulfilled before the in-store orders gave an extremely unwelcoming feeling for the customers.

        The vegan cookie and the tea were fantastic. The atmosphere and ordering/pick-up system were chaotic. Vegetarian options: The vegan lemon cookie was delicious
