        I purchased shoes last week and Josh was great to work with! He was super helpful and attentive, grabbing whatever shoes I needed. He made sure to ask if I needed anything else once I found the pairs I liked. I can't speak to the other employees but Josh was super helpful!

        Terrible customer service. We had a product already chosen, we stood there in the store for 20 minutes so that someone could help us load it into our car, but man, this store is run by 18-19 year olds who have no work ethic. After we found someone, that store member came and called someone else, then disappeared and that was it.... 20 minutes, we had to walk out without buying...
