Magic Broom Cleaning 360

I would give them no stars if I could. I called and scheduled 2 weeks ago for a move-out cleaning, and received a reminder for the appointment a few days before. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed. I called what is not the company, but what ends up being the company's answering service, and they couldn't reach Magic Broom. I called back two other times and they couldn't reach themthey kept getting their voicemail. I never got a call back, nobody showed, nothing! I ended up canceling and now I have to do it myself. They may be great if they show up, but I wouldn't trust that they do. And be warned that you are dealing with an answering service that is not really Magic Broom at all. So disappointing.

Magic Broom does a fantastic job keeping the common areas at the property I manage very clean. Sergio and his team are very professional and provide excellent service.

I wish I knew how their cleaning services are but its near impossible to get a hold of them to schedule a service. I scheduled a time to get a quote and they never showed up and responded days later and finally stopped in. After the quote I tried to schedule services for two locations, but no response. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and have yet to hear back.

Magic Broom ABSOLUTELY exceeded our expectations! They made the recently bought home look completely different! The best value I think we could have found! I HIGHLY recommend Sergio and team!
