        This is an amazing company! The entire business is awesome! They come exactly when scheduled, clean my house until it sparkles, are extremely polite, go About their business in a fast and efficient manner and when finished they quickly pack up their cleaning supplies and they are out the door, leaving you with an extremely clean house. I will easily rate them a 5 star rating! I would rate them higher if we had a choice! Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping, Deep clean

        They did not show up for the services as per the schedule. The customer service gave us workaround to talk to the manager who never called. We reacged out to corporate office and they said they see us current customer who is receiving weekly cleaning services! In reality, they never showed up. They lack commitment and poor communication and customer service. They never apologized for not coming either. Service: Deep clean

      I want to apologize as the owner for any miscommunication. We completed your first clean and scheduled your for weekly service afterwards. If you recall, you cancelled the next clean due to your son’s graduation. We tried to reschedule but bumped into a holiday week which was full. I will remove your weekly service today and have a nice day.
