Kathy was recommended by our Realtors. We needed to list our home of 31 years. Had 6 weeks to get ready. Kathy responded quickly to my phone message. After talking to her and seeing her web site I decided she had done this before!!! She arrived on time and prepared. Her car was packed full of boxes, packing paper, markers, folding tables to pack on, large calendar poster board with code to what each color of tape stood for Green tape= Sell, Blue tape= Keep, etc). She walked in and hung up the poster board on the wall and set to it. Kathy is very well connected and current with vendors.Never relied on websites but called business for most current rates. Had several antiques dealers come to our house at the same time, she managed their visit from start to finish. Kathy was hard at it the whole time.She is a work- horse!!! And always professional and empathetic.Truly a pleasure to work with.
BOTTOM LINE: Kathy is very good at her business and earned every
dollar we paid her! She won't let you down.

Kathy is responsive, professional, and simply a pleasure to work with. Kathy handled an out of state project (AZ to WI) and everything fell in place like a fine tuned machine. I lost no sleep knowing Kathy was in charge of managing every aspect of the project. Highly recommend.

How amazing! My call was answered early Saturday morning. I was admitted to the hospital without any extra clothes or comfy things and Concierge Madison was right on it! Thank you!

I don't know where to start, but if three words is all it might take for you to give her a call, then I just need to say: Kathy is exceptional!!
I contacted Kathy almost 18 months ago with a long list of feeling overwhelmed. I moved several years before with younger kids and found it easy to just "temporarily" put things in closets, but then life kept happening and the closets kept getting worse, as well as the garage and the pantry and everywhere else we used and stored items.
We live in a large home and Kathy swooped in and rescued my sanity. She helped me rearrange, organize and better set up my home office (which helped so much when the unpredictable pandemic hit last year). She has helped organize and set up at least 10 different spaces (bedroom closets, bathroom cabinets, garge cabinets and tool storage, pantry, laundry room, etc.)
Kathy has become the best personal assistant a person could have. She run errands for me, she picks items up for me - I can trust her with absolutely anything: financial related, payment related, valuables related, etc. I started out having Kathy come for specific projects and then kept having her come once a week. I consider her a friend and confidant and would highly recommend her to anyone. Sometimes you don't know how much you needed something/someone until they're their! P.S. She has mad skills with a label maker!!! :)

Kathy is extremely thoughtful, professional and is always one step ahead of me. She sets my mind at ease in looking after our lake home when we are not there full time. I highly recommend her for all the things you wish you had a trusted friend to help you take care of.
