Apparently the phones don't work and emails are not monitored with this company. The sole purpose seems to be to just get your amount information and charge you every quarter for not doing anything

Nothing but great things to say! Having a management team that will always have your back and go to war with you is such a great feeling! As someone who's apart of the sales/marketing team and travels a lot, I LOVE that the company is gracious enough to allow me to keep ALL of the loyalty/rewards points I earn from my flights and hotel stays!

They DOUBLE the cost of IFTA services. The young lady that handles my account is either extremely overwhelmed or lazy. The service has been sub-par since Cynthia Hamilton left, I shouldve left too. Ive had many issues over the years but I stayed because of the price. Today is Friday the 21st and I still dont have my 2QTR IFTA report. But they have taken their fee out of my account. If youre gonna charge MORE, your service should be better. But no, its exactly the same as its always been just more expensive. Im done
