        Agnes is amazing!! Terrific colorist, stylist and hair advisor, and a lovely person. Every time I go to her I leave with a great cut and color. Don't hesitate to try JC Penney salon, it's one of the hidden salon gems on the west side. Ask for Agnes, you won't be disappointed!
