Went in for highlights with Kelly. Told her I liked my current color and came out with orange roots and dark blonde/orange/white highlights and damaged hair, not even close to my original color we agreed on. I called the next day and wanted a refund and the office manager was really nice and said they could do that for me. So I gave them one star. Very disappointing. Do not recommend this hair salon.

I got the worst haircut of my life here about a year ago. I came in for a trim and it was so chunky and uneven. I went to my regular hairstylist a few months later, and she told me that in her decades of work it was the worst haircut she had ever seen. I am not that picky I just like it to be all the same length. Service: Haircut
