When I showed up for my appointment the doors were locked and the lights were off. I tried calling but there was no answer and no voicemail set up.

I have had many cuts and beard/brow trims at MMCstyle. I havent had better service or cuts from any other salon in the area. I always leave this salon feeling my most attractive and often grateful for the conversations and advice Ive gotten. Mallory and Jayd are so sweet and always make you feel comfortable. Few hairstylists are willing to work with you to understand what you want and truly work towards your ideal haircut. Ill be coming here as long as Im in the area.

I was looking forward to my hair appointment, but I'm honestly not even sure the business is open? I booked 2 appointments online: a 15 minute consultation and my color/cut. I arrived for my consultation almost 10 minutes early, but the lights were off and doors were locked. I waited more than 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I tried calling, but there was no answer and no voicemail set up. I tried sending a message later that day to get an estimate for my hair appointment, but still never received an answer. I felt I had no choice but to cancel after having no response for days. It's frustrating, because I was really excited.
