I can highly recommend, without reserve, KBS Kitchen and Bath
Solutions to anyone looking for old world craftsmanship, quality, fair
pricing, and excellent customer service.
We began working with another-BIG NAME-company in November of
2020 on a redesign of a small kitchen. We had plans to scale to work
with from a friend who is an architect. The house we were planning to
move into, once the renovations were done, is just under 100 years old.
We knew that even with our friends plans there would need to be some
adjustments made for the project to progress.
From November 2020 to March 2021 I reached out to the Big Name
design team. They said they understood what we were looking for and
would work up a design and quote. I reached out to them. They never
called me. Finally in March I told them I was going to make a decision
based on information from the 2 other companies I worked with and
their team. If they had anything to present me, send it within a week.
The design consultant emailed me that she was going on vacation but
would try to get something out to me. She send me a mock up of
someone else kitchen. It had nothing to do with anything we had talked
about.
My husband and I went that day to KBS and worked with Nicole. Within
3 days she had plans for us to look at and came with some team
members to the house to measure and consult.
By April we were under contract. In May we picked out our
countertops. By June we were practically done. In July we moved in.
How did it go? Wow. These people work so hard. They show up. They
do the job. When they have a concern they consult you. They work
ahead of schedule. They did more than we ask for, going above and
beyond expectations. Michael and Danny were top-notch carpenters.
The drywallers were quick and expert with these old walls. The
plumber was a no nonsense get it done and get it right kind of guy. The
electrician was always thinking and trying to make everything he did
user friendly. The Floor Refinisher should be in my will. He was
amazing to work with. He really was so good at working with the entire
house of old wood floors and brought them back to life. I have saved
one exceptional individual for last. Devin Daniel, cabinetmaker, is a
genius and an artist. He really is something of a shock. He is wise and
talented. He listened and came up with designs and solutions that we
did not even know we needed.
Alberto and Nicole make an excellent team. They knew the crew and
the talents that they were sending us. They are responsible for
everything going so well. They were always available and were
constantly checking in to see how things were going. Alberto was great
at communicating when we were not sure of what was happening. He
was thoughtful, a good listener, and very responsive. He never once
made us uncomfortable with our decisions or choices. He was very
good at letting us know options, pros and cons. He was available by
phone if he couldnt come to the site. Weekends were no exception.
The team always cleaned up after themselves and was very considerate
of our neighbors as well.
Hire KBS and you will see what it means to work with real professionals.
Would I recommend them, I already have. Three different households
have had or now are having KBS do projects at their houses. They all
have reported to me the same kind of experience we had.We just met
them to begin another project. Looking forward to it.

My wife and I knew we made a good decision to use DreamMaker from our initial design meeting, Michal listened, asked questions, provided options, and made recommendations. He was interested is providing good solutions for out situation, and paid attention to our budget.
During the building process, Michal's first interest was making sure that things were done right, and that we were happy with things. He visited our home often when other contractors were in the house, and always worked to address the challenges that came up.
Michal's proactive communication meant the world to us, as a family of four with two pets still had to figure out life during a remodel while both working and doing school from home during a pandemic.
