        They stiffed a delivery driver " sorry we don't have any cash" from a bank. I would really think about using a bank that really screws the little guy.

        my first bank account in Madison, very friendly staff, even got an hand written card in the mail. my favorite was when they had the older location with bigger building. nothing to really complaint about.

        I have been banking with this bank for over 15yrs , when it was Anchor Bank. After this last visit and the experience I encountered I will be in search of another bank and closing this account IMMEDIATELY! I have never felt so insulted when withdrawing MY money. East Towne location customer service is trash, Amanda assisted with this.
