Associated Bank

I ordered a large withdrawal last week. Someone called me back and sd..come next Thursday at 2pm. I did and nobody knew what I was talking about. I did get my money as ordered but felt the bank should have known.

Update: After speaking with someone in customer support, they were able to resolve ALL of my issues outlined below in less than a business day. Updated star rating as well. I've banked with Associated since 2007 and had the single worst experience I've ever had with a business two days ago. I have been fighting hundreds of dollars in fraudulent activity which is currently under review. However, I am floating all of those charges until Associated Bank can sort it out. No temporary credit, nothing. I took out a small line of credit to help cover these expenses until the fraud situation was resolved. Long story short, that money was deposited into a closed account and Associated Bank applied it a business balance without my permission. The Manager quite literally told me there was nothing they could do. I paid hundreds of dollars in fees because of all of this, and I eat it all. Associated Bank is profiting off my misfortune. Might as well go Bank at Chase or Wells Fargo, Associated Bank isn't a hometown establishment anymore.
