        My favorite Associated Bank branch! The staff are so helpful and if you have the chance to meet Mamadou you're in luck. He is the best! Helped me with card issues and got me squared away and in a good mood very quickly. Very genuine and kind people. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thank you Mamadou and all the friendly A.B. folks!

        I have no problem with this branch. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. My problem is with the company as a whole. I went in today to close a home equity line of credit, only to find they charge a $30 fee to close the account. Associated charged me a fee to open this account. They charged me an annual fee to maintain it. Now they're charging a fee to close it. New company motto should be: "We get you coming and going." That's pretty much where Associated Bank is at now. When we opened our first account there (back when it was First Federal), they stood out from the competition because by offering a fee-free checking account. Now they're notorious for charging fees for everything.

        Great staff, always greet customers qith a smile amd remember your name. Branch manager Victoria really knows her stuff and won't try to "sell" you something she doesn't think will work for you.
