        I had a phone consult with Chantelle Ringe who is billed as Elder Law, Disability and Real Estate law.  My questions pertained to Wisconsin Elder Law.  My consult was 45 minutes and my bill was $440.00.  I called and asked why was this so much over my estimate?  Secretary told me the Lawyer had to do "research" on my question. I informed them I would not be using them again and if she was billed as an Elder Lawyer she should know the Wisconsin law and if she had to refresh her memory on a point and look something up I should not be billed for it.  Very unhappy,they will bill you for everything fair or not and my questions were not rocket science just general Wisconsin Elder law.
